Rose is very experienced in SEMH, uses a trauma based and child led approach, and has an amazing rapport with young people. Within talking with our son for 10 minutes, she was able to obtain an interest he had and I could see she managed to get a sparkle in his eyes again! Rose uses the child's interest and researches and plans lessons accordingly. She is a dedicated provisional who truly cares for the young people in her care.
