Safeguarding
Keeping every child safe, always.
Our Approach
Inspires Tuition takes a child-centred approach to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child and young person. This means keeping the child in focus when making decisions about their lives, and working in partnership with them and their families.
We're aware that children and young people may be vulnerable to neglect, abuse or exploitation, whether from within their family or from individuals they encounter day to day, and that risk can exist inside and outside of school, inside and outside of home, and online. We know children may not always feel ready, or know how, to tell someone what's happening to them, and this doesn't stop our staff from staying professionally curious and speaking to our Designated Safeguarding Lead if they have any concern about a child.
Whatever the form of abuse or neglect, Inspires Tuition always puts the needs of children and young people first. We believe children and young people should never experience abuse of any kind, and we have a responsibility to promote their welfare, keep them safe, and practise in a way that protects them.
