Why Choose Inspires Tuition
-

Relational, Trauma-Informed Approach
We use a relational approach, and all our tutors are trauma informed. Every session is tailored to the individual, helping young people build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
-

Rigorous Safeguarding
All our tutors hold enhanced DBS checks, backed by safer recruitment. Staff complete annual safeguarding training, including Prevent, alongside training in online safety and trauma awareness.
-

A Strengths-Based Approach
We start with each young person's strengths, not just their needs, adapting how we teach because we believe success looks different for every learner, and there's no single right way to get there.
-

Qualified, Experienced Tutors
All our tutors have the relevant qualifications and experience for the area they're teaching, from SEMH and SEND specialists to subject-specific experts in Maths and English.
-

Real, Measurable Progress
We track progress using the Inspires Outcomes & Impact Framework™, measuring engagement, wellbeing, independence, academic development, and preparation for adulthood, not just grades.
-

Flexible, Accessible Delivery
We deliver sessions in person and online across Oxfordshire, with provision expanding into new areas, so support fits around the young person, not the other way round.
